•	Making phone calls for Initial Interview.
•	Supporting Executive Search Team.		
•	Shortlisting candidates for interviews. 
•	Updating Database pool on regular basis.

   Responsibilities:
•	Making 50 phone calls/day for Visa Debt Card.
•	Maintaining and upadating MIS (Excel)
o	Combining and Splitting Data
o	Using If and Count if Function  (Attendance Sheet)
•	Solving customers issue regarding service.
•	Offered banking services at reception(i:e making deposit slips,payorder etc
