Senior Accountant

The role involves supporting daily accounting operations with expertise in accounts receivable/payable, factoring, inventory, and operational accounting. The position reports to the CFO and collaborates with customer service, external CPA partners, and finance leadership to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Inventory adjustments and physical count oversight
- Prepaid expense reconciliation
- Credit invoice processing
- CPA cash receipt schedule preparation
- Month-end commission reporting
- Factor chargeback reconciliation
- Invoicing support and customer service assistance
- Duplicate payment and dispute resolution with factoring partners
- Amazon co-op calculations and cash posting
- Daily cash posting and reconciliation
- Accounts payable invoice processing

Required Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, and inventory accounting
- Factoring company and chargeback experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel and accounting software proficiency
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Cross-functional collaboration ability
