Marketing Manager

*This role is full time in Irvine, CA office/no hybrid work options available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with internal teams to create, manage and maintain content for two e-commerce sites including product descriptions, selling copy, features/benefits, images, videos, etc.
• Plan, schedule and design all outgoing email marketing messages including graphics
• Develop email marketing plans for all customer communication
• Publish and promote content on all social media utilizing content calendar
• Write social copy for all four brands, draft replies to messages and comments
• Network with key influencers to drive brand message and traffic
• Track and analyze social media KPI’s/advise on ROI
• Advise team monthly on key trends in social media
• Photograph all footwear/all brands for creation of line sheets/D2C sites, customer sites
• Lifestyle imagery/content for D2C/brand partners
• Help out as needed with social on our sister brand Flojos
• Fashion stylist – manage all photo shoots and style influencers
• Manage all sample processes for the sales team
• Work closely with sales team to identify selling needs
• Support product development team as needed
